Job Summary

• We are looking for a Service Fulfilment Engineer to handle the installation, configuration, and activation of customer services (Internet, Voice, and Video).
• You will ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and activate customer services (Fiber & Wireless)
• Configure and test routers, switches, IP phones, and other devices
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Work with internal teams (NOC, Customer Care, Infrastructure) to deliver services efficiently
• Maintain accurate installation records and documentation
• Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• Support enterprise network deployments (remote and on-site)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets
• Mentor interns and support team development
• Provide timely updates and support to customers

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 1–2 years experience in telecoms, ISP, or IT environment
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Familiarity with fiber and wireless technologies
• Ability to configure routers and switches
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Cisco certification or similar
• Experience with network installations and structured cabling
