We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver 

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, safety-conscious, and reliable Driver to provide transportation services for management, staff, visitors, and company-related operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers, goods, and documents while maintaining company vehicles in good working condition and complying with all traffic regulations.
• This role requires professionalism, integrity, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport management, staff, visitors, and clients as assigned
• Deliver and collect:
  • Official documents
  • Parcels
  • Office supplies
  • Other company items
• Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled trips and assignments
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use
• Monitor and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
• Keep assigned vehicles:
  • Clean
  • Roadworthy
  • Properly fueled
• Maintain accurate records of:
  • Trips made
  • Fuel usage
  • Vehicle maintenance activities
• Adhere strictly to:
  • Traffic laws and regulations
  • Company transportation policies
  • Safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle faults immediately
• Ensure vehicle documents such as insurance, license, and registration remain valid and up to date
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and passenger information
• Support administrative and logistics duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3–5 years' professional driving experience
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Physically fit and capable of handling long driving hours when required
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage
• High level of integrity, discipline, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving for corporate organizations, executives, or commercial establishments
• Defensive driving certification or related driving training will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
