We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Worker 

Location: Ngaski LGA, Kebbi
Employment Type: Part-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a reliable, organized, and safety-conscious Warehouse Worker to support warehouse and inventory operations within our mining environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records for materials, spare parts, tools, consumables, and equipment required for mining operations.
  • The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, or logistics environment and possess a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment against delivery documentation.
  • Properly store inventory items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and issue materials to various departments in accordance with approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of warehouse materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report stock shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or stores administration.
  • Previous experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, oil & gas, or similar operational environment is required.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse documentation, stock cards, goods receipt notes, and issue vouchers.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications; experience with inventory management systems is an added advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
