Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office coordination.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement when necessary
- Support management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with customer inquiries and internal communication when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc qualification
- Previous administrative experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
