We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mall Center Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and coordination of all functions within the mall.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, improving tenant satisfaction, and ensuring the mall achieves its commercial objectives, including increased footfall and revenue performance.
• This role requires strong leadership, coordination across multiple departments, and a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments including leasing, marketing, facilities, security, and corporate services
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the mall at all times
• Drive implementation of strategies to improve footfall, tenant performance, and customer experience
• Monitor and manage operational performance against defined KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Supervise and hold department heads accountable for performance
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility management
• Oversee security operations to ensure a safe and controlled environment
• Address tenant concerns and ensure strong tenant relationships
• Monitor service delivery from vendors and outsourced partners
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related fields
• 8 - 10 years’ experience in mall management
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of retail environments and customer experience
• Ability to manage vendors and service providers effectively
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N750,000 - N1,000,000 monthly (Negotiable).
