Delight and Great Cleaning Service is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobiliser

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Core Duties

• New Account Acquisition: Proactively source and onboard new individual and group savings/current account customers through field marketing, referrals, and community engagement.
• Deposit Mobilization Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly deposit mobilization and account opening targets as set by management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing depositors to encourage higher balances, retention, and cross-selling of bank products.
• Field Marketing & Sensitization: Conduct market storming, door-to-door visits, and community outreaches in markets, schools, churches, mosques, and cooperatives to educate prospects on savings culture.
• Product Education & Pitching: Explain MFB deposit products, interest rates, terms, and benefits clearly to prospects to convert them into active account holders.
• KYC & Documentation: Ensure proper completion of account opening forms and collect valid KYC documents in line with CBN/NDIC and bank compliance standards.
• Group Savings & Cooperative Linkages: Identify, engage, and manage group savings schemes, trade associations, and cooperative societies for bulk deposit mobilization.
• Dormant Account Reactivation: Contact and reactivate dormant/inactive accounts by encouraging fresh deposits and updating customer information.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor deposit rates, promotions, and agent activities in the territory and report findings to branch management.
• Daily Reporting: Submit accurate daily activity reports on customer visits, accounts opened, volume of deposits mobilized, and cash collected to the supervisor.
• Collections & Recovery Support: Follow up on delinquent savings accounts or overdrafts where applicable, and support recovery efforts per bank policy.
• Cross-Selling of Bank Products: Promote other retail products like loans, agency banking, POS, mobile banking, and insurance to existing depositors.
• Customer Service & Complaint Handling: Address basic customer enquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex complaints to the customer service desk promptly.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to AML/CFT, KYC, data privacy, and code of conduct policies. Maintain integrity in all customer interactions and cash handling.

Expectations

• Interested candidates should a possess Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience
• The candidate must have robust cabal and be ready to move some fund in the first month.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly (based on experience).
