Job Title: Sales / Business Development Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Brief Summary

• We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business development executive who can fit into their job roles without much supervision thereby contributing to company’s growth.
• The business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clints to purchase added products or features and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Key Responsibilities 

• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients
• Combining efforts and fostering collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
• Researching the needs of organization and individual online to identify new leads and potential new market.
• Negotiate and renegotiating by phone or in person.
• Attending conferences, meeting and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposal.
• Contacting potential client via email or phone call to establish rapport and set up meeting.
• Developing sales goal/targets and ensuring they are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years extensive sales experience.
• Must reside within Lekki-Ajah axis.

Salary

• N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
• HMO Inclusive.
• Pension inclusive.
• Telephone call cards.
