Job Title: Service Delivery and Planning Specialist

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Planning Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise service delivery operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely, high-quality service implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Network Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all service delivery and field deployment activities to meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Oversee service planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance of installations and deployments.
• Supervise solution architecture, service planning specialists, and field engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive service quality improvement, documentation compliance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure all materials, bandwidth, and support structures meet quality benchmarks.
• Provide technical presales support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule:

• Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Work Mode: On-site for the first 3 months; hybrid/remote flexibility thereafter (based on operational needs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecoms/ICT/ISP service delivery, planning, or operations.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or Mikrotik are required; Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, Microwave/Fibre technologies, and network design (HLD/LLD).
• Proven leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
