We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver (Car & Bus Operations)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment type: Full-time
Slot: 2 Openings
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and professional Drivers to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe transportation of staff and company assets while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff and company assets as assigned.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults promptly.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and safety at all times.

Key Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and LASDRI Card.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven driving experience with a reputable organization.
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles (ability to drive manual transmission is mandatory).
• Experience driving SUVs, saloon cars, and buses.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle checks.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and good communication skills.

Driver Assessment:
All shortlisted candidates will undergo:

• Practical Driving Test (Manual Transmission)
• Road Safety and Vehicle Inspection Assessment
• Background and Reference Checks
