We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Outreach & Marketing Agent

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Field-Based Role)
Employment Type: Hybrid / Part-Time

Role Overview

• This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face engagement, enjoy selling, and can confidently represent a premium beauty brand.
• You will be responsible for driving product awareness, building relationships, and increasing sales across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IDA Beauty products across assigned locations (retail outlets, events, pop-ups, partner stores)
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and brand values (halal-certified, vegan, cruelty-free, eco-friendly)
• Drive product awareness through direct engagement and product demonstrations
• Identify new sales opportunities and onboard potential retail partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store owners
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
• Meet assigned sales targets and submit daily/weekly activity reports
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in field marketing, sales, or retail (beauty experience is an advantage)
• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident in product demonstrations and customer interaction
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of Lagos terrain.

Salary
N150,000 per month + 5% Commission on Sales.
