Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement recruitment plans for all positions, including local and expatriate roles.
- Liaise with site managers and supervisors to identify current and future staffing requirements.
- Manage job postings across relevant platforms and recruitment channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support performance appraisal processes andlearning and development training for employees.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline..
- 1–3 years’ experience in human resources ,recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in technical or operations-driven environments.
- Ability to make informed decisions about candidates’ suitability and hiring recommendations.
- Strong networking ability.
