Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Sales Coordinator/Sales Manager to lead and expand our used construction and mining equipment business in Nigeria and other West African countries.
• The ideal candidate must be currently based in the region, with a strong track record in selling new and used heavy equipment across continent and surrounding markets.
• This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of used construction and mining equipment across the region through direct sales, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining firms, traders, and fleet owners.
• Willing to travel extensively across the region to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and explore new markets.

Requirements

• 5 -10 years of experience in sales of used construction or mining equipment.
• Strong network across continent in relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
