Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the brand positively.
- The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via walk-ins, telephone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests where applicable.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute conveniently to Lekki, Lagos.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
