Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the brand positively.
  • The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via walk-ins, telephone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests where applicable.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must reside in or be willing to commute conveniently to Lekki, Lagos.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
