Description

• The Operations & Fulfillment Officer provides the structural back-end security for our product line. This role demands a systematic, detail-oriented administrator responsible for warehouse inventory integrity, pristine order packaging, and swift cross-country shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain absolute, flawless structural control of the physical inventory stock room at the Gbagada Phase II facility, performing weekly physical audits against digital stock logs.
• Execute the clean, professional, and secure packaging of Nano Vista frames and delicate prescription lens configurations using premium branded corporate assets.
• Supervise and negotiate daily contracts with local mainland/island motorcycle dispatch networks and reputable domestic courier enterprises (such as DHL, GIGL, Fedex) for nationwide shipping.
• Track all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) financial pipeline operations, reconciling delivery logs with accounts alongside the Office Manager and MD daily. Candidate Specifications & Requirements

Candidate Specifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in e-commerce fulfillment, physical stock control, retail logistics management, or supply chain assistance.
• Technical Skill: Intermediate spreadsheet fluency (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) for maintaining flawless stock tallies, color variations, and dimensional tracking codes.
• Methodical, highly organized, and calm under operational pressure. Must possess strong problem-solving skills to navigate the day-to-day unpredictability of Lagos traffic and courier dispatch

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
