Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited, established in 2009, is a hospitality consultancy firm specializing in providing expert services to small and medium - sized hotels.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper
Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Key Role
- A housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas of a hotel.
Duties include
- Cleaning and arranging guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Making beds and changing bed linens.
- Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing toiletries.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors.
- Replacing used towels, linens, and room amenities.
- Ensuring public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and stairways are clean.
- Handling guests' requests politely and promptly.
- Following health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assisting with laundry duties when required.
Requirements
- SSCE qualification with at least 2 years experience in housekeeping.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Basic laundry and linen care knowledge.
