Job Title: Logistics Associate

Role Overview

  • The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of logistics, order fulfillment, and delivery operations across Ashcorp’s brands.
  • This role ensures seamless coordination between customers, courier partners, inventory teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards, optimize delivery performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • The role combines logistics coordination, shipment tracking, process improvement, and customer experience support to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordination:

  • Create waybills, shipping labels, and maintain efficient shipment tracking systems.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy in order cycle times from order placement to delivery.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with courier partners and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment operations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of order processing and shipment tracking systems.

Customer Experience & Service Support:

  • Coordinate customer feedback systems to gather insights for service improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve delivery-related concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives that improve the overall customer delivery experience.

Inventory & Operational Support:

  • Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure alignment between stock availability and order fulfillment activities.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure products are delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
  • Assist in maintaining operational records and logistics documentation.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Monitor compliance with logistics regulations, transportation standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of asset renewal documentation and other logistics-related compliance requirements.
  • Support risk identification and escalation processes to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives that support business growth and team collaboration.
  • Generate logistics reports and provide insights on delivery performance, fulfillment accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.

Typical Performance Indicators

  • On-time Delivery Rate: Measure the percentage of orders that are delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.
  • Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Order accuracy Rate: Measure the percentage of orders that are fulfilled accurately, without errors or discrepancies.
  • Generate reports to show percentage fulfillment on order accuracy weekly
  • Cost per order: Calculate the total cost incurred to fulfill each customer order including transportation, and other incurred costs.
  • Generate report to measure cost matrix to help ascertain profitability
  • Customer satisfaction score: Coordinate customer feedback surveys to measure satisfaction levels.
  • Generate reports based on survey feedback for each quarterly performance cycle.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, order fulfillment, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation processes, and supply chain management principles.
  • Experience managing courier relationships and coordinating delivery operations.
  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
