Job Title: Pastry Chef

Job Summary
- The pastery chef will be responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and execution of all desserts, naked goods, pastries, and breads.
Key Responsiblities
- Assist in the daily preparation of all pastery department items,including cakes,chocoloate, cream, sauces, and doughs.Measure,weigh, and mix ingridents accureately according to established recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized ,and sanitary workstations, tools,and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Properly label and store all the ingridents and prepared items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.Clean and sanitize the kitchen at the end of each shift.
- Actively listen to instructions, accept constructive feedback, and demostrate a strong willingness to learn new pastry skills.
- Follow all workplace security and safety protocols.Actively listen to instructions accept constructive feedback,and demostrate a strong willingness to learn new pastry skills.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a hotel as a pastry chef/commis chef or similar role.
- Knowlwdge of pastry production, baking, and dessert prepration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and committment to quality.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly
