Job Title: QS Project Documentation Engineer

Role Overview

• The Engineer – Quantity Surveying (QS) / Data Entry will be responsible for preparing project estimates, maintaining accurate project records, and supporting reporting and documentation activities.
• The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

What You'll Do

• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and databases.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is properly documented and updated.
• Generate reports and support project tracking activities.
• Review project information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the engineering team with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, project documentation, or engineering support functions.
• Strong data entry, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
