Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results - driven Digital Marketer for a real estate firm to develop and execute strategies that drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
• Manage social media platforms and online presence
• Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
• Track campaign performance and provide reports
• Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Must reside within or close to Ifako / Ijaiye, Ogba.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
