Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Control Room Operator (CRO)

Job Description

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Control Room Operator (CRO) to monitor, control, and optimize production operations while ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.

Requirements

• Participate in emergency response activities and incident management when required.
• Escalate operational issues and deviations to relevant personnel for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND in Engineering, Process Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Control Room Operator within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience operating DCS, SCADA, or similar process control systems.
• Strong understanding of production operations, process monitoring, and plant safety systems.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
