Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: PTW / DDC Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Sound knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and document control processes.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
