Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Strategist to join our firm.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, engage target audiences, and support business growth.
• The role also involves graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing activities across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software.
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
