Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Job Overview

• The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day - to - day running of the outdoor bar, ensuring smooth service delivery, team supervision, and customer satisfaction.
• The role also involves managing inventory, coordinating bar events, and ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure efficient and excellent service.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage bar events and promotions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver top - tier service.
• Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness at all times.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimise wastage.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Collaborate with hotel management to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of proven experience managing or supervising a busy bar or hospitality outlet.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and general bar operations.
• Prior experience in staff supervision and customer service management.

• Reliability, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Event planning and coordination skills are an added advantage.

Salary 
N60,000 - N80,000 for the first six months.
