Job Title: Bar Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, inventory management, staff supervision, procurement coordination, and beverage service standards.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high service quality, and lead the bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, opening and closing procedures
• Supervise bartenders and ensure adherence to service standards
• Monitor beverage preparation, stock levels, and quality control
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and procurement planning
• Ensure accurate POS operations and reporting
• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and front-of-house teams
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintenance requirements
• Prepare operational and inventory reports
• Support event beverage planning and special functions
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in bar operations or hospitality management
• Strong experience in inventory management and procurement
• Good knowledge of POS systems and stock reconciliation
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends, late nights, and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 per month.
