Job Title: HR Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Advise on HR strategy, compliance, and workforce planning
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
• Deliver HR audits, policies, and training programs.
• Provide workforce analytics and insights for better decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years’ HR consulting or workforce advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of labor law & HR compliance
• Excellent facilitation and client engagement skills
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
