Summary

• The Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging digital content that promotes PMN Farms, its products, projects, operations, and brand identity across multiple media and communication channels.

Description

• The role involves capturing, producing, editing, and publishing content that strengthens brand awareness, educates audiences, supports marketing campaigns, and drives engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of farm operations, products, and activities.
• Develop content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Create engaging social media content.
• Write captions, articles, and promotional content.
• Edit photos, videos, and graphics for publication.
• Manage content across social media platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and performance metrics.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Research trends and content opportunities.
• Coordinate content production with operational teams.
• Prepare monthly content performance reports.

Requirements

• Degree, HND, or Diploma in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned location when required.
