Then in November 2023, we expanded our offering to include business loans and personal loans for emergencies, payday advances and so on. We also launched an investment structure that our customers have utilized to earn millions of naira monthly.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer - focused professional to support client engagement, business growth, and service excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, converting inquiries into customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of our cleaning and drone cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and guide prospective clients through available service options.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into paying customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer experiences and promptly address concerns, complaints, or service - related issues.
  • Conduct post-service follow - ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Prepare customer engagement, feedback, and sales activity reports as required.
  • Promote the company’s cleaning and drone cleaning services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention, referrals, and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2 - 3 years Proven experience in client engagement and success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal - oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.

Salary and Benefits

  • N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
