Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Responsibilities
Responding to Customer Inquiries:
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolving Customer Issues:
- Investigate and resolve complaints, concerns, or service problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Processing Transactions:
- Handle orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, payments, and account updates.
- Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining Customer Records:
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in company systems.
- Keep customer information up to date.
Providing Product and Service Support:
- Guide customers on how to use products or services.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and offer solutions.
Building Customer Relationships:
- Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic service.
- Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meeting Performance Targets:
- Achieve goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, call handling, and issue resolution.
- Follow company standards and service - level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborating with Other Teams:
- Work with sales, technical support, logistics, or billing teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
