Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

About The Job Role
- The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with key enterprise clients.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in managing large accounts.
- The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet our clients' needs.
- Candidates must be familiar with Lagos as a city and its business environment.
- They should have a background in telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and possess extensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise and B2B business.
- Additionally, candidates must have experience in fiber sales and a management portfolio of enterprise clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Candidates must be familiar with Lagos as a city and its business environment.
