About the Role
- SEABA Lines & Space Consult is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media & Communications Officer to manage the company’s visual communication, digital presence, and brand storytelling.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that communicates the company’s projects, values, services, and brand identity across various platforms.
- This role requires a creative professional with strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and content development, with the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Communication:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with SEABA Lines & Space Consult’s brand goals.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Produce written, visual, and multimedia content that effectively communicates the company’s projects, achievements, and services.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, announcements, project showcases, and corporate communications.
Graphic Design & Visual Content:
- Design high-quality graphics, flyers, presentations, company profiles, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, fonts, and overall visual presentation.
- Create design concepts that support business development and marketing initiatives.
Photography & Videography:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of company projects, events, site activities, and corporate engagements.
- Plan and execute video content for social media, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Manage content production from planning through editing and final delivery.
- Video Editing & Multimedia Production
- Edit videos for social media, presentations, advertisements, and company documentation.
- Add creative elements such as captions, transitions, sound, and visual effects where necessary.
- Ensure all visual content meets professional quality standards.
Social MediaManagement:
- Manage and update company social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.
- Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve online presence.
- Stay updated with digital content trends and recommend innovative ways to increase brand visibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in media production, content creation, or communications roles.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
- Strong photography and videography skills with experience using professional cameras and editing tools.
- Ability to edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate ideas visually and creatively.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with construction, architecture, real estate, or consulting brands is an advantage.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
- Ability to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and campaign content.
- Basic copywriting and content planning skills.
