Job Title: Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Principal to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure punctuality and readiness for all scheduled and unscheduled trips.
• Plan efficient travel routes, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road closures, and other factors that may affect travel time.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure timely servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled at all times.
• Assist with personal and official errands on behalf of the Principal when required.
• Ensure the safety and security of the Principal during all journeys.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Principal's personal affairs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, and mileage.
• Promptly report any accidents, incidents, vehicle defects, or security concerns.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or as may be required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver.
• Trade Test I,II, III Driving is required
• Excellent knowledge of Abuja roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to unforeseen situations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
