Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage recuitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, company's policies, and best HR practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management or related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem - solving skills.
- Ability to work as independently as part of a team.
- Proficient in HR software andsystem (HIRIS).
- Certification in any HR professional institution. e.g. (CIPM, SHRM, ATD, HRCI) would be an added advantage.
