Requirements

• 5—8+ Years Experience in Marketing. Brand Strategy or Advertising (Agency or Client—side)
• Proven Experience Winning and Retaining Accounts
• Strong Across Performance Marketing & Brand Storytelling with Measurable Results
• Strategic Acumen in PR, Advertising, Content, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
• Strong Commercial Skills: Scoping, Pricing, Margin Management & Media Governance
• Experience Leading Cross—functional Teams and Integrated Campaigns
• Excellent Client-facing, Leadership,
• Communication & Presentation Skills
• Proficiency with Marketing Tools (Google Ads,
• Meta Business Manager, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to Write Briefs, Pitch Decks, Plan Campaigns
• Independently & Lead Execution
• Passion for Culture, Lifestyle & the African Creative Economy.
