Job Title: Secondary School History Teacher
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging History lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Encourage critical thinking and analysis of historical events.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning needs.
- Prepare students for WAEC examinations and other assessments.
- Maintain a well-organised and disciplined classroom environment.
Requirements
- Degree in History or a related discipline with at least 3 years experience
- Relevant teaching certification may be required.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make lessons engaging and interactive.
- TRCN certification is an added advantage.
