Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Logistics Supervisor will coordinate and supervise the movement of garments from customer pick-up to delivery, manage drivers and dispatch operations, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure smooth logistics operations across Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to manage field teams effectively, and capable of solving operational challenges quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including garment pick-up, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor drivers, dispatch riders, and logistics staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to reduce delays and optimize transportation costs.
• Track orders and ensure garments are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and logistics reports.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve customer delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve service efficiency.
• Prepare periodic logistics performance reports for management review.

Requirements
Education

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years' experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet management, or transportation operations.
• Experience supervising drivers or logistics teams is required.
• Experience in laundry, retail, FMCG, courier, or service operations is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies;

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and route planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
