We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Locations: Ado-Ekiti - Ekiti, Ilorin - Kwara, & Ogbomosho - Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution of Itel Home products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective product visibility and availability across sales outlets.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Organize and support trade activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and market reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Retail Sales, or Channel Management.
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the assigned market and territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be resident in or willing to relocate to the assigned location.

Salary
