We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability: Immediate Employment

Position Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Floor Supervisor with a strong background in hospitality operations, preferably from a reputable hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience managing breakfast and brunch operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth floor coordination, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily floor operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Monitor breakfast, brunch, and lunch service standards and ensure consistency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation at all times.
  • Monitor inventory usage and report operational concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health, safety, and food service standards.
  • Assist management in implementing operational procedures and service improvements.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, lounge, or hospitality establishment.
  • Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing breakfast, brunch, or similar restaurant operations.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and guest relations.
  • Must reside within or be willing to commute to Victoria Island, Lagos.
  • Must be available for immediate employment.
