About the Role
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business objectives.
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Maintain and contribute to the organization's design system and style guides.
- Ensure consistency of branding and user experience across all digital products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles.
- Experience designing enterprise software, business applications, or digital platforms.
