We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Translate business goals into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare documentation packages for planning authorities (e.g., LASPPPA in Lagos) and ensure all designs comply with building codes and zoning laws.
• Project Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors to guarantee design integration across all disciplines.
• Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct site analysis and preliminary cost-estimation to evaluate the profitability of potential real estate acquisitions.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards and timelines are strictly met.
• Documentation: Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and manage the permit and approval processes.
• Manage: Project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
• Conduct: Site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
