We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

• We are looking for you! We are expanding our team and seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage our network foundations, enhance data security, and provide definitive technical support to our team.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and optimize company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and workstations.
• Enforce data backup policies and robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide swift Tier 1 & 2 diagnostic and technical support to minimize downtime.
• Manage cloud productivity tools and core software updates.

What we are looking for

• Degree / HND in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting logic and familiarity with Active Directory & Office 365.
• Technical certifications (CompTIA, CCNA) are a distinct advantage.
