Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientated Operations Officer to take ownership of day-to-day operational coordination, oversee company activities, and ensure the effective execution of internal processes, meetings, and events.
  • The ideal candidate is confident, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities while engaging effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members to ensure effective execution of tasks and operational goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of company webinars, workshops, training sessions, and events.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage both virtual and physical meetings across teams and departments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, and track action items to ensure completion.
  • Manage organizational calendars and ensure effective scheduling across all activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and communication flow.
  • Monitor daily operational activities and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Prepare operational reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and structure.
  • Support management in implementing operational processes and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
