Job Title: Operations Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientated Operations Officer to take ownership of day-to-day operational coordination, oversee company activities, and ensure the effective execution of internal processes, meetings, and events.
- The ideal candidate is confident, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities while engaging effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members to ensure effective execution of tasks and operational goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company webinars, workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Plan, schedule, and manage both virtual and physical meetings across teams and departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, and track action items to ensure completion.
- Manage organizational calendars and ensure effective scheduling across all activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and communication flow.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
- Prepare operational reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and structure.
- Support management in implementing operational processes and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
