Job Summary
- A health provider is a licensed professional or institution that delivers preventive, curative, or rehabilitative medical care.
- They assess conditions, order diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, and educate patients to improve population health outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct medical evaluations, review health histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to identify illnesses and injuries.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized care plans, prescribe medications, and perform medical or surgical procedures.
- Patient Education: Advise patients on treatment options, medication management, and healthy lifestyle habits to prevent disease.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up - to - date medical records in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams (nurses, pharmacists, and specialists) to coordinate comprehensive care.
Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 / Month.
