Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
• The ideal candidate will assist with financial record keeping, reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Support payroll processing and statutory remittances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Monitor expenses and support inventory record management where required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• ND or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
