Role Overview

• The Driver is responsible for all official vehicle movements for Izy Global Partners LLP; transporting the Founder and Chair, partners, associates, and approved clients safely, reliably, and to a standard consistent with the firm's premium positioning.
• This role serves an Ultra High Net Worth clientele and senior executives.
• The standard of service must reflect that at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport the Founder and Chair, partners, senior staff, and approved clients for all official firm movements, court appearances, client meetings, airport transfers, and business engagements safely, professionally, and on time.
• Maintain the firm's vehicle in excellent condition at all times: cleanliness, servicing, fuel management, and prompt reporting of any mechanical issues.
• Maintain an accurate trip log including destinations, mileage, and time records for all journeys.
• Manage all vehicle documents, including insurance, roadworthiness certificates, and registration papers, ensuring all are current at all times.
• Collect and deliver documents, packages, and correspondence on behalf of the firm as directed by the Administration Manager.
• Provide airport pickup and drop-off services for the Founder and Chair, clients, and visiting guests while maintaining punctuality and discretion at all times.

Requirements

• Licence: Valid Nigerian driver's licence is mandatory; must be current and clean.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate, professional services, or executive transport environment.
• Route Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Abuja roads and routes, with the ability to plan efficient routes for multiple stops.
• Discretion: Absolute discretion is required. The Driver transports the firm's most senior people and its most important clients. Non-disclosure is a condition of employment.
• Technical Skills: Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (ability to change a tyre, check oil and coolant, and identify common mechanical warning signs) and the ability to use Google Maps and GPS navigation.
• Demeanour & Appearance: Calm, patient, and professional demeanour at all times, particularly in heavy traffic or time-pressured situations. Smart personal presentation is required at all times.
