Job Title: Content Producer (Videography, Photography & Basic Graphics)

Location: Hybrid - Lagos

Description

• We are recruiting for the role of a content producer for all social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.   
• This role will Report to the Brand creative director who drives the overall marketing and sales strategy for the Born2fro brand. The creative director will provide guidance on ideas,the brand vision and content calendar 
• The content producer will work closely with the creative director to transform ideas into content through production of videos, photos and graphics; This means we need someone who can shoot videos, direct shoots, edit and color grade assets, design basic graphics and animate where needed 
• Though the core role sits on the execution of ideas; we welcome a self-starter who can also contribute to ideas and brainstormingsessions
• The content producer must be good at working with various editing and design softwares Like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Basic Motion Graphics and illustrator 

Role Breakdown
Video Production and Editing:

• Comfortable shooting different video formats from model shoots, product shoots, educational content, founder-led blogs and content for personal brand, beauty content, brand storytelling
• Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipments.
• Research and source relevant editing references like trending audios, editing styles and templates 
• Deliver content in multiple formats and cutdowns for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) 
• Contribute practical ideas that improve content execution and production quality

Photography & Image Editing:

• Capture product photography, lifestyle photography, campaign imagery, and behind-the-scenes content
• Work with models to achieve business objectives in commercial studio sessions
• Color-correct, retouch, and optimize images using Adobe Lightroom
• Prepare photography assets for website, retail, and marketing use
• Maintain visual consistency across photography outputs

Graphic Design & Sale Assets:

• Design WhatsApp sales support flyers and posters
• Create simple product banners, flyers, and marketing assets
• Create or edit print ready assets like product stickers and table toppers 
• Prepare visual assets for websites or e-commerce platforms

Basic Motion Graphics:

• Create simple motion graphics, animated text treatments, transitions, and graphic overlays that improve storytelling and video content output 

Working Arrangement:

• This is a hybrid role structured around three working days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 
• One Saturday per month will be reserved for major content production, campaign shoots, The specific Saturday will be agreed upon in advance by both parties.
• The Content Producer will typically be responsible for delivering 4–6 content assets per week, subject to the complexity, production requirements, and scope of each project.
• Core working hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on scheduled workdays.
• The Content Producer is expected to be available, responsive, and actively engaged in assigned work during these hours unless otherwise agreed.
• Attendance in the office is required every Monday for weekly planning and review sessions
• Wednesdays and Fridays are designated hybrid workdays.; The Content Producer may work remotely unless required to physically attend for smaller shoots 
• On remote working days, the Content Producer will Submit a daily work plan by 10:00 AM outlining priorities, tasks, and expected deliverables for the day. The creator is also expected to submit an end-of-day report by 6:00 PM summarizing completed work, work in progress, challenges encountered, and next steps

Benefits

• Salary: N250,000 Monthly.
