We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Whatsapp & Social Media Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Description

  • We are recruiting for the role of a social media Sales Representative (Hybrid Role)
  • The Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers making enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DM(s), Facebook Messages and other Social Media Channels 
  • Our social media sales rep(s) are expected to demonstrate a general authority about Hair care in general before proceeding to sell the product benefits. 
  • They are also expected to Suggest the right products by explaining the science and sharing reviews. A key performance indicator will be measured by how many enquiries are converted into purchasing customers 

Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Product Recommendations:

  • Build trust with customers by giving smart answers to their problems and Hair related questions.Demonstrate Hair authority and Knowledge to make them feel comfortable on our platform
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning
  • Recommend suitable products based on hair type, hairstyle, concerns, and customer goals
  • Explain product benefits, usage and expected results clearly and accurately
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process; upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate
  • Label and organize customer conversations appropriately

Customer Service & Order Support:

  • Assist customers with order placement and payment processes
  • Follow up on pending enquiries and dormant customers
  • Support purchasing customers by following up on their shipment and updating them on the delivery status 

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve response time targets
  • Meet sales conversion goals
  • Follow established sales and customer service procedures
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Working Arrangement:

  • The role operates on a rotating five-day work schedule (Shift A) Monday to Friday and (Shift B) Wednesday to Sunday
  • This rotation means the successful candidate will work some weekends and have alternate weekends off.
  • Working hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a break period of two hours per day
  • The representative is expected to remain available, responsive, and actively engaged during scheduled working hours
  • This is a hybrid role, mostly remote; but occasionally, you may be required to come into the office especially for training session.

Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 Monthly.
