We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waitress

Location: Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, assist with seating, and offer menu recommendations.
• Order Management: Take precise food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar, often using electronic systems or slips
• Serving: Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Sales & Upselling: Actively promote daily specials, premium drinks, food pairings, and VIP sections to increase lounge revenue
• Billing & Payments: Present bills, process payments (cash, POS, or transfers), and balance the till at the end of the shift
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Clear tables of empty bottles, glasses, and debris to keep the lounge, bar, or garden area tidy.
