Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell company products, develop customer relationships, expand market coverage, and achieve sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at customer outlets.
• Process customer orders and coordinate timely product deliveries.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping abilities.
