We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or it equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in soft service Facility management
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning and use of cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals
• Ability to carry out post construction cleaning inspections prepare appropriate BOQ
• Experience in post construction cleaning
• Strong team leadership and supervision abilities.
