Kaplo Africa - Our client, a leading energy solutions company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Foreman

Locations: Kogi
Slots: 4 Openings

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and efficient utilization of resources.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to site workers.
• Prepare site reports and communicate progress to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in construction, engineering, energy, power, or related projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Must be willing to work in Kogi State.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
